I dislike how parents generally act around their kids. They play a role, they have written an approved script, and they hope for everyone to play along. Some of this is due to poor information (or poorly understood information) and some of it is purely to display authority and power over their children.
Spoon-Feeding Statists
When I provide explanatory links rather than typing the whole thing out again, it would be nice if he took the time to read them, instead of wanting it all spelled out and spoon-fed to him. But I’ve learned that’s not how it works. He wants to be spoon-fed, and he wants it pre-digested. No effort.

There is always a carcass or an invalid left after a feeding frenzy. POTUS’ self-inflicted beast feast is no exception. But to say it was self-inflicted understates the case — “bigly.”

A horrendous TV news link appeared in today’s Facebook news feed, “Iowa school district promises to end seclusion rooms use.” I read the term, “seclusion” as “solitary confinement,” and I flash back to scenes from “Cool Hand Luke.”
