A Small Glimpse of What Could Be

How many inventions weren’t invented, how many discoveries weren’t discovered, how many works of art–music, painting, whatever–were never made, because of the vast amounts of human time and energy that have been stolen by the giant parasite known as “government”?

For all those who ask how things would work without “government”–if we didn’t have politicians making up stupid rules, cops making us obey them, and tax collectors robbing us to pay for it all–the real question is, how much ingenuity, creativity, organization, charity, construction, production and thought has already been prevented from ever happening, because billions of people were too busy trying to pay off various levels of political parasite?

The amazing prosperity we have now is only a small glimpse of what could be, the results of human ambition and effort even with the giant anvil of state dragging society backward. Unleash the human body, mind, and spirit from the chains of the superstition of “authority,” and the world would be a drastically different, infinitely better place.
