Colonialism, Confirmation Imperative, Baby Steps, Egalitarianism, & Immigrants II (32m) – Editor’s Break 113
Editor’s Break 113 has Skyler giving his commentary on the following topics: the identical and nefarious motivations of colonialism and statism; upgrading confirmation bias to confirmation imperative; the virtue of baby steps toward reducing coercion in society; why humans are naturally egalitarian, how far that goes, and why it’s disastrous as public policy; the voluntaryist solutions to the public benefits to immigrants problem; and more.
Looking to The State for Justice

Let me be quick to point out that casuarius casuarius does not occur by Darwinian nature in the Bluegrass of Kentucky. But it does occur by the workings of the law of unforeseen consequences, and this too is a part of nature.
Immigration isn’t a Real Problem
Emotions are running hot on the topic of immigration these days, both for and against, with most of the current drama surrounding birthright citizenship and migrant caravans. Immigration is a government-caused problem that can’t be solved with more government.
The “Right to Vote”
There is no such thing as a right to govern other people. Any act of governing others is archation— it violates their natural human rights in several ways. No one can have the right to archate.
My Most Excellent Election Day Experience
Last Tuesday, special day that it was, I awoke early and prepared to go out. By 7am, I was where I always go on this special day, eager to do my duty and exercise my sacred right to choose. Entering the warm, brightly lit building, I was greeted by friendly folks who make me feel welcome. Not many others were there yet.
