Lies are all they have. Recently I saw an old “article” by some bigot who said there were some truths that gun rights supporters would never talk about. Then he started lying.

The Responsibility of Gun Ownership
As a gun owner, you don’t have the responsibility to surrender your rights just because some evil loser murdered people. You don’t have the responsibility to act as though anti-gun bigots, or their demands, are reasonable. You don’t have the responsibility to obey counterfeit “laws”. You have the responsibility to not harm the innocent. I know you are already living up to your responsibility.
Armed and Dangerous
I support the right of every human to own and to carry a gun. Period. That doesn’t mean I trust every armed person. There are some people who simply cannot be trusted with guns, even though they have the right to own and carry them and no one has the right to forbid it. Those are separate issues.
Learn How to Shoot Back
Many of the same people who have spent the last year accusing Trump and his supporters of being fascists, staging protests and rallies, shining a spotlight on the problem of sexual assault, and donning headgear resembling genitalia are now calling on that same government to forcibly disarm the population. Think about that for a moment…
Tide Pods and “Gun Control”
Does eating Tide Pods kill off the regions of the brain responsible for rational thought, so that those who have taken that “challenge” lose the ability to avoid supporting anti-gun “laws”?
If You Want to Preserve Your Freedom, You Need to be Armed
The gun grabbers would turn everyone—except for the politicians and their enforcers—into supplicant serfs, entirely at the mercy of their masters’ demands. They would deny us not only our most fundamental right to defend ourselves but also the tools necessary to overthrow the tyrants and demagogues who threaten our self-ownership with every breath they take.
Prescription for Curing Mass Murder
I’ve said it in the past, and I’ll say it again: If you want to decrease actual crime, particularly mass murders, you’ve got to raise the cost. You need to raise the cost high enough that almost no one decides it’s worth the trouble, since they’ll not get what they want out of it anyway.
We Interrupt This Tragedy…
Killing the messenger will never grow old. It is because there are far too many who are desperately seeking ways to shut out the tsunami of data. I don’t know how many times I have heard the phrase, “Cartoon News Network” used because someone did not like the import of a story. To be sure, CNN has done everything in its power to destroy its own credibility, but when a story contains a verifiable fact, CNN’s lack of credibility is incapable of changing that fact to “fake news.”
Don’t Blame the Guns, Blame the Schools
Today’s public schools already share many characteristics with prisons, yet the ‘answer’ some folks are proposing to the (statistically negligible) threat of school shootings is to make schools even more like prisons. Schools are an artificial environment that (much like a prison) forces kids to join gangs or cliques in order to avoid rejection and outsider status. Those who don’t fit in are subject to ridicule, abuse, and even brutality in some cases.
Monopoly on Guns
Ok, which government should have a monopoly on guns? And should it also have a monopoly on phones, televisions, travel, relocation, books, newspapers, reproduction, and so forth?
