Parrish, what the tunnels also demonstrate is the initiative, creativity, entrepreneurship, and determination of human beings. The market, either above or under ground, continues to amaze me. And to think that so many think that free people couldn’t figure out how to make and manage roads fairly and efficiently. Straight up ignorance, methinks.
