Upgraded Comment System to DISQUS

I’ve upgraded the comment system to DISQUS. We’ve been using Facebook’s social plugin, but it’s a pain in the butt as a moderator. Check out what should be an improvement below. You’ll still be able to use your Facebook account to comment.
