Politics is just an ongoing Rorschach test. Government rulers and media puppets paint pictures of the world, and the great majority of people respond with their own insecurities and fears by supporting psychopaths who promise to slay the monsters from their nightmares.

Immigration Controls Are Socialist
The liberal thinkers of the 19th century got a few things wrong, but they were steadfast in their defense of a free market in labor. They upheld freedom of migration as an axiomatic principle, as Stolper put it. They won the argument. And they lived in a time of unprecedented peace and economic growth.
Desperate For Real Change
These two candidates were the choices we gave ourselves, and each came with a heaping helping of vulgarity and impropriety. Yeah, it was dirty job for sure, but the winner was NOT decided by a racist and craven nation – it was decided by millions of disgusted Americans desperate for real change.
The Repudiation of the Elite in the Media and the “Science” of Political Science
Trump winning the election was an outlier. The bell-curve didn’t predict it. It might’ve resided on the tail end. Therefore, it was ignored. It was outside the realm of conceivable possibility, so it was disregarded. Yet that is precisely where the msm should’ve been looking.
Non-Voters Should Get a Say, Too
If I may step out of my voluntaryist shoes for a moment, for the sake of thought experiment, I’d like to propose the following change to elections in the United States and elsewhere: Non-voters are counted as a vote of “no confidence,” in which a majority of such votes would reset the particular race to be re-cast 12 months later.
Do Anarchists Have Any Reason to Celebrate?
Watching the media squirm, spin, and do everything it could to prevent the image of Trump’s total annihilation of Hillary Clinton has been entertaining, if not sad, to say the least. As an Anarchist, I don’t, nor did I, support either of these candidates, but even Anarchists have some reasons to be pleased tonight. What are those reasons?
You’ve Got to Stop Voting
Boycotting elections alone will not oust the oligarchy, but it is the only proven non-violent way to delegitimize a government. Here are some of the most common canards that political party operatives use to argue against not voting, and my responses.
No Right to Complain?
I’m sure you heard the retort, “If you don’t vote, you have not right to complain!” It’s especially common to hear after election days. Of course it’s complete and utter bullshit. I read somewhere today this parody of it, “If you don’t vote for an oppressor, you have no right to complain about your oppression!” I…
Democracy Is War by Other Means
Democracy is war by other means. Superficially, it is waged with ballots instead of bullets. At the end of the day, those ballots become bullets. Elections load real guns and aim them at real people. If you disobey the commandments handed down by elected officials, beefy men with shaved heads and Ray-Ban sunglasses will come to take you away. If you resist them, hot lead will fly. Elections are scrambles for control over the service weapons that propel those rounds. In such contests, every faction is trying to point the gun barrels at someone else.
Short Manifesto Against Democracy
Written by Rob Alvord. My quick manifesto against democracy before voting day: Some people have Verizon, some have T Mobile. Some have Progressive, some have Allstate. I love that we are able to choose these preferences without having to cause disputes amongst ourselves as human beings. Tomorrow, a majority of people are going to decide…
