Personally, I don’t think social occasions are any place for politics. Yet politics will crop up in the most devious ways and in the least appropriate places. On Property
In a sick and twisted way, property is a form of slavery. No, I do not mean that claiming property rights is enslaving to other people. What I mean is that claiming property rights in something means that you must either hold fast to or abandon it when it’s being threatened.
False Narratives, Propaganda, and Political Tribalism
In 2013 people rose up around the world to oppose the war in Syria being promoted by Obama, Clinton, Kerry, many European leaders and maybe most obviously, the neocons. Since then, the war slowly squeezed its way into existence anyway gradually though apathy, propaganda, and other bullshit.
Rhetorical Hocus Pocus

Don’t Let the Comments Stop You
Someone has to be the person who takes the risk of creating things and the trolls aren’t going to be the ones to do that. They’re too busing hiding behind the illusion of superiority that comes from turning their noses up at every new idea. It’s their way of feeling powerful without having to face the resistance that real creators face.
On False Allegations
Fortunately it was well before my time in the culture wherein I find myself, but I’m sure you can recall when rape victims were further victimized by their loved ones and society for the “crime” of being raped.
