The System is Working Exactly as Designed

Why is it that nearly 200 countries can come together to restrict property rights (in the name of ‘protecting’ the environment), but we still live in a world with war, assassination, and executions? Why are the restrictions always placed on the individuals trying to survive and possibly even prosper, while the politicians and their enforcers only grow more overt in their disregard for human life with each passing year?

I’ll say again what I’ve said before: The system isn’t broken, it’s working exactly as designed. It was created to enslave mankind and it has been a truly remarkable success. Not only are the tax slaves dutifully laboring to enrich their masters, but every time a few of them realize what is actually going on, the rest turn on them and demonize them for their opposition to the very system which is enslaving them all.

If something is designed it works exactly as it was designed. That is different than working as it was intended to work. The question one should ask is, does the system ( regardless of what the system is) work the way it was intended to work? Either the system works as it was intended by those who designed it or it does not. If it works as intended then the designers succeeded in what they wanted and if it does not work as intended the designers failed.
