Declaration of Independence

Nobody asked but …

If you must declare yourself independent, you are not free.  If you were truly independent, from whom are you independent?

You are born free — a fact which is separate from any declaration.

When you are told to wear a mask, whether you do or don’t does not establish obedience.  If one must get any kind of go-ahead from others, self-reliance is not one’s first problem.

I am not going to tell you what I have done for the past year.  You don’t need to know.  I don’t need for you to know.
