Congrats to Ian and thanks for providing me the documentary proof. Ian defended against a traffic ticket by filing an application to dismiss and discovery request. Eventually the prosecutor requested a stay.

Congrats to Nick in Maryland for standing up to the predators in Maryland. The prosecutor filed a motion to withdraw and dismiss their complaint. Thanks to Nick for providing the documentary proof.
Kris Gets a Dismissal With Prejudice in Texas
Kris filed the motion to dismiss and discovery/Brady request. The prosecution failed to overcome the motion which is based on a lack of evidence and did not respond to the Brady request. Kris followed up with motions in Limine and to dismiss for prosecutorial misconduct for because the prosecutor was arguing without evidence.
