Writers, by the act of writing, don’t violate anyone. I can’t force you to read anything I write–nor would I ever consider trying to do so. I can’t force you to shell out money so that I can afford to keep writing—again, why would I do such a disgusting thing?

Warning The Innocent
Do you flash your lights to warn other drivers of a cop ahead, waiting to molest them? If not, why not?
A Conversation Between Voluntaryists: What’s with IP?
Kilgore and I have had another discussion. This time about intellectual property (IP) laws and their role, if any, in a free society. This topic is not as much of a debate as the last, but still worth having.

Optimistic about the Future of Liberty
This morning, after a little reflection, I’m more optimistic than ever about the future of liberty. There are so many great companies, organizations, and technologies that enable us to throw off the shackles of the state and its allied institutions.
Marx Was Wrong
Marx really didn’t understand anything about economics. Economics seems to be all about human motivations. He didn’t seem to understand anyone’s motivation except his own. And apparently he was insane.
Adventures with a DMV Harpy
I don’t believe in the legitimacy of “driver’s licenses“, but I have been helping someone, at their request, try to obtain one. For “pragmatic” reasons. Therefore my patience with the nonsense is a bit thin already.
