Everything Voluntary Book Progress

As I patiently wait the completion of my foreword by my good friend and mentor Chris Brown (he’s in a bit of an upheaval with his business expansion), I’ve been creating the HTML version of the book. I’m half-way through it. This will also serve as my Kindle and ePub formatting. And I think I’ll release the PDF (for free!) sooner than I had planned, as in as soon as I’ve received and verified my proof copy from CreateSpace.com. Simultaneous release, in other words. Cheers.
