Everything is done editing/formatting/typesetting-wise on the book. I’ve written a first draft Introduction, but will likely scrap most of it and start over. I only have one more permission-to-reprint to secure. I’ve also decided to add an Index and depending on how many endorsements I can secure, an endorsement page in the front, with high profile endorsements on the back cover.
