Vive Le Difference

Nobody asked but …

I posted a thing on Facebook last week that has generated some pushback.  My post dares to suggest that, in the main, individuals are free.  And I can see little evidence to the contrary.

Harriett Tubman said, “I freed a thousand slaves. I could have freed a thousand more if only they knew they were slaves.”

We have seen a great emergence of people who are susceptible to the idea that they need to declare themselves slaves of the state so they can wallow in that perceived misery.  It seems to me that this is a trait of self-appointed victims everywhere.  Read about Alibi Ike.

Everyone has a story, mostly fiction but sprinkled with a few facts.

If you read the linked post and thread, you will encounter some who have made themselves slaves.

The real pandemic is self-labelling. One is first an individual. We should stand on our own two feet, to be an individual.
