Semi-Fascism?

Nobody asked but …

WTF?  Is semi-fascism like partly pregnant?  Semi-fascism is the same as total fascism, the same as statism.

Isn’t the calling of one politician a “semi-fascist,” coming from the mouth of another politician, an ultimate hypocrisy?
