What Makes No Sense
Here’s what makes no sense: hand over power to an elite, then let that elite both make and enforce the laws, then allow that elite to take whatever it wants to from us and do with it what they will, and then grant that elite nearly complete immunity from prosecution in the event that something goes wrong. Why should anyone be surprised that government wrecks everything it touches?
